Can we have steak? I don't bake, and Atkins doesn't allow cake-eating. I CAN throw it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SELENE!

OMG!! I knew it. *hypatia and I are twins separated at birth!!!

Now there will be no drunkness at my party, but I won't turn down a sip or two from the grapevine. And dark chocolate is my favorite (although I can't eat it in gobs like milk chocolate--heehee). One of my best, dear friends said, "Chocolate--no reason needed for chocolate." I couldn't agree more.

Now, *Tak*, you and I may not be born on the same day, but I can tell we are at least sisters of different mothers. For my birthday here in real life, my only plan is to go out for a good steak dinner. I plan on steaks with sauted mushrooms (ahhhhh--heaven). So, for Atkins sake, JOIN IN!!!

May your day be filled with good stuff all day long...and by the way, did you know that today you can also celebrate the national holiday known as "Chocolate Actually Reduces Weight" day? Yep, on this day only, once a year, you can eat all the chocolate you want and the calories are actually in the negative range!!! WOOHOOOOOO. Man, why didn't MY birthday come one day later?
