We're all here to help each other learn how to craft more fulfilling marriages and to support each other in that effort. Unfortunately human nature being what it is, those are exactly the kinds of conversations that can lead to relationships that endanger rather than support our marriages.

Please be aware of the need for psychological, emotional, and mental boundaries when meeting and becoming involved with members of our Village. I'd like you to carefully weigh the risks when deciding to do things such as exchanging email addresses and phone numbers. If you cannot do so with the support and knowledge of your spouse, it might be best to rethink the idea.

I met many (if not most) of my dearest friends at a board very much like this one. I sincerely hope you are fortunate enough to have that experience here. But please, practice safe posting. It would be an untold tragedy if this were to be the place where a marriage was destroyed rather than saved.
