Hi everyone!

After five years as the Chair of the SYMC Board of Advisors, I'm stepping aside from that role, and also from the Dean of the School of Coaching role. I've been the Board of Advisors chair since SYMC's inception, and I am honored to have taken things this far. At this point in my life, though, my energy is spread too thin. So, rather than focus on policy stuff that others can do better, I am going to continue to do what I do best at SYMC, which is to provide individual advice on the boards, as well as being a moderator and admin.

As Penny and the other policy-level folks continue the evolution of SYMC, I'm sure they will let us all know how the structure will look. For now, though, I want to thank everyone who has worked hard over the last five years to make SYMC a viable community. The levels of respect, compassion, and careful thought here are both unique and wonderful, and I'm very much looking forward to the next five years.

And thank you for all you have done for so many behind the scenes. I always admire those who can handle the details of an organization. Definately not something I enjoy!

Hopefully your life though a bit stretched thin right now is moving in a good direction. Its been a fine job you've done here!!

There are no words to express all that J has given and done for SMYC. What we see on the boards is the tiny tip of a very large iceberg. Ermmmm .... a positive, transformative, iceberg

Thank you for everything you've done in the past, J ~ but mostly, I am looking forward to your next 5 years, too. SYMC is something so unique and special to me in my life, and I cherish it. To be part of the creation of that...pretty cool cheeka. ;-)

FB is still a bit of a mystery to me but I do try.

I am all for a FB fan page, however, if it comes as a request, I likely won't ever look at it since that section on my page scares me with several hundred "requests" sitting there.

You're so cute, Tigs. I'll make sure to post or email you and let you know how you can find the fan page. And then updates will just magickally appear on your wall

Well, if we are getting a Facebook page, does this mean we need Twitter too? This is the one where we could post up what we are thinking or doing at any given point.

I was just on Paris Hilton's Twitter and she told us: "I'm off to get a spray tan!"

So Penny, you could fill us in on what you are doing throughout the day. I'm going to bet it's deeper than Paris' activities.

Yup. Today I am engaging in the cycles of life and death. Digging in the dirt - planting things that will bring forth new life to nourish us all and ripping out those dang weeds
