I got to thinking Tracie,
how about we just get you to a better take care of you place for tonight?
How about you go and get a tall glass of cool water and sip it down
and perhaps a piece of toast
Then a warm bubble bath
with another glass of water
then
perhaps some deep breathing
visualizing the most peaceful place you can imagine
finding your heart meditation
(listening to Penny's voice is very soothing)
